Bidding website Abstract Idea:- Each and every authority should be provide to admin such as he can create a user, the one who bid on items. Bidding details also can be seen by admin only Flow of project:- 1. Admin first create a users. Means admin will give a username and password to each and every user generated by him. 2. Only this user can bid for item on website. 3. Admin will created a tender and this tender will be seen on user panel. 4. User on user panel can see all the list of item for bidding but can apply for only one. 5. And mail will be send to only the winner user 6. And the time of bidding 10 min counter should be provided. So that bid will be only for 10 min. 7. Will bidding if any user bids the counter should start again for 10:00 min 8. Need Admin and user panel 9. Multiple bid support
