Build an Online Store

I would like to make a website that offers only one (maybe 2 in the future) product for sale. This product is an envelope container glitter people may send as a gag gift. I would like them to be able to enter the correct information of where they would like to send the envelope, anywhere within the US currently. I would like them to be able to check out via PayPal. I would like to have them enter the following information: Sender's Info: Address (address 2 optional) city state and zip code(US only), First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth (reject if under 18) Receivers info: Name, address (address 2 optional), city, state, zip code.
