Web Site Template Need a web site template created. I will provide complete specs on the template. I am ONLY looking for a template, not a complete web site. The template will have 3 horizontal navigation buttons at the top and then another vertical navigation section down the left side of the template. Additionally another navigation area will be located across the bottom of the page. There will be some background graphics required and some other graphics on the template. NO FLASH is required. Template will be used on a IIS server with ASP.net, template can be either a Master File or a Dynamic Web Template. We will be using Microsoft Expression Web 3 to create and maintain the web site once the template has been completed. All code must be easy to read and well commented. I will require samples of previous work by you.
