Alter some Images

Looking for someone to be part of a team in developing a desktop and web application. An immediate need is for someone versed in viewing images on the web. This part of the application will display 3 different images in three linked windows as shown in the WebPage_02 attachment. Each window will show up to 1,500 images. The WebPageSynch attachment shows the structure and naming of the images and the order in which they should be viewed. You will need to be able to code the controls in the bottom center of the 1st attachment. Their functionality will be able to manually advance through the images one set at a time, move through the images on a timed basis, and then drag the center scroll bar to rapidly move through the images. Minimal lag in loading and scrolling through the images is imperative.
