Armoured dragon Website design

Need 3 sections of my website to be design and structured. The pages are titled xbox games, PS3 games and Wii games. What I need is for a menu of catagories for each type of genre of game to be put on each of these pages, at the bottom of each of these pages I want a sub heading saying avaliable at these retailers and under neath showing links in the form of company logos that when a viewer clicks them is taken immediately to that companies website in a new window. Back to the catagories, when you click a catagory say "shooter" another page opens up showing pictures and names of each game in that catagory. I also want the viewer to be able to click the any game and go into another page that opens up showing a picture of that game at the top and bellow allows anyone to post a review about that particular game. A page can only hold so much data so I need next page features installed on the bottom eg pg 1,2,3 etc. What I'm explaining here is a three tier process Xbox, PS3, Wii main pages with game genre catagories also make sure these pages look flash and impressive, Next tier is the catagory pages which show the pictures of each game including next page functions at the bottom to avoid cogestion and the final Tier has a picture of the game they clicked at the top and underneath is like a blog page that allows anyone to post a review about that game and put in place a rating ability say out of ten and a buy or ignore remmendation at the bottom of each blog post. Also put restrictions in place that forbids foul language as I want people of all ages to read these pages and not be offended by foul language. You will be given full access to the site to work on it for as long as you need.
