Develop Magento Comm Website

Hello, I want to start a small time fashion jewelry website based on Magento Community. I already have a server, i need some one to install magento 1.7 on the server, using one of the free themes and installing a couple of paid magento extensions and many other free extensions, including a few integrated tools. (25+ extensions) although i am not sure as 1.7 has some listed in the features list so it may be fewer than 25 working with the hosting company to point to my domain etc I also need to be able to upload my inventory, images and other related data to the server using my 'unknown' inventory software, there is basically some configuration needed and not actually programming except perhaps may need to work on some scripts. I would also need banners, some static blocks and seasonal promotional images banners blocks, fonts, colors etc I need a person who is flexible and who will fulfill my wants with revisions if needed (I am a reasonable person) In short i need the website made from scratch, using themes, extensions and hosting, domain name that i will provide and i need you to stick around till the end until all functionality works fine.
