Ad and Update Website - Client Access Section, Interactive Photo Gallery, Video Interface, etc.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION - Just finished a project that lasted for over a year with a web developer than promised everything and delivered very little. The site finally looks OK, but it is not complete. I’m looking for someone to clean up the code, add content, and fill in some of the blank areas on the pages with new fields (e.g. facebook update, company facts, etc.), Need someone who has a good eye for page layout & graphics and can add some “life” to this website. Also need these major elements added: CLIENT ACCESS SECTION – Approximately 20 clients (to be determined in the future) would use a UN and PW to access a database of PDF documents. Each client would have access to only those documents (selected by me) that pertain to them. There could be up to 100 documents in this database. I would need the ability to upload new documents (manuals) as required and create new accounts as our client base grows. PHOTO GALLERY – An interactive gallery that would be segmented into product and system categories (10-15). This page should engage someone to navigate around. Not looking for a whole mess of photos on a page. Each photo would need to be "clickable" to zoom to large size and a zoom tool would be a nice feature. I would need the ability to add photos frequently. The Joomla Accordion Gallery ([login to view URL]) or similar would be ideal. VIDEO GALLERY – The video gallery would use the You Tube Interface embedded on our page. However, the interface would need to allow for specific video thumbnails, with descriptions, to be to be searched, selected and played. At some point we may have 100 or more videos on YouTube, so the customer needs a way to easily navigate and select the desired video for quick viewing. Also, I do not want the customer to leave our website and go on to YouTube. Interface would need to be embedded on our page. QUOTE FORM – We currently have a quote form on the website in PDF. If a client completes the form, we need a button that they can click on to automatically attach the completed form to an outgoing email. NEWSLETTER – The site has a field for interested parties to add their email address so they receive our monthly newsletter. At present, it does not work. I would like to receive an email with the email address of the person wanting to receive the newsletter. “QUICK FACTS” FIELD- This is an area of the main pages (lower right side) where facts about our company will be displayed. These should be randomly updated each time a new page is loaded. I have a database of 50+ facts that I can provide in Excel. ADD PDF LINKS- Add PDF links for all the standard products – ADD PAGES – • Systems/Robots A page listing the various Kawasaki robots with photos, descriptions and links to the Robot and Controller PDFs • Systems/Palletizing/De-Palletizing A page set-up similar to the Cartons page with a description and photos • Systems/Palletizing/Layouts A page using the same type of interactive gallery (Joomla Accordion) as the photo gallery. Various 2D and 3D palletizing layout examples will be featured here and added as we develop new layouts in the future. • Systems/Palletizing/Bags/Compression Systems A page with photos and descriptions of the KPAL System and the Stack Frame System SITE REVIEW – The total website needs to be reviewed and edited to clean up formatting, dead space, font issues, text alignment, font size (if not legible), etc. CMS OPTIMIZING &TRAINING - ..........
