Design HTML Page with Click to Reveal and Mobile Friendly

I need a simple page designed. It should be a logo on top with three lines of text beneath it. Associate, Bachelors and Masters. When the user clicks any of the text, it should slide everything down to reveal a two column list of of other text.
It should use Divs and be mobile friendly.
I should be able to add a large number of items to the list
the animation should probably use Jquery and be smooth.
It should look good
