I need to convert a series of pages (already designed in PS) into HTML/CSS/Javascript. The final code must use HTML5, neat and responsive CSS (being able to use media queries to load different versions for mobile and screen) and use the jQuery framework (if needed). No server side code needed. I have a number of upcoming projects but will start off with a simple responsive site that has been designed and needs converting to code and will continue to use the same person if I am happy with their work. I want to hire per hour because I will have more work coming up soon and need to find somebody who can continue to work on other projects at the same rate. In your replies, please let me know your hourly rate, skillset and show examples of your code if possible. Once I've narrowed down the replies, I will send over the designs for the first site to see how many hours it would take to complete and choose a winner based on 1) the hourly rate 2) the amount of time it will take to complete and 3) the quality of the work shown in examples.
