Convert a Template to a Website

The project is a sports and racing aggregator website presenting data from Australia’s top betting agencies. The website will accept data feeds from Betting Agencies, parse, summarise and display results as per the design template provided. This scope represents Phase 1 of a multi-phase project. Subsequent phases will be tendered following completion of Phase 1. Key components of this work include: - conversion of website PSD files into HTML - development of key functionality including: Newsletter Subscription, Rotating Banners/Sliders, Score Card, Sports/Racing Odds Comparators and a Content Management Systems (CMS). The Odds Comparator will be developed from Betting Agencies XML feeds to present and compare odds from up to 20 agencies. PSD files will be provided to the successful candidate. Minor design will be required as development progresses.
