Convert a Template to a Website

I require the service of a good and honest website developer to work on customizing a real estate template ([login to view URL]). At first glance the following changes will be made: 1) Customize Background 2) Customize by changing the America map towards the bottom of the homepage to a country of choice. 3) Customize search parameter to include continent of interest as current search does not have choice continent. 4) Recommend a list of free or paid extensions and add-on required to get the template fully functional. I will also welcome recommendations from developer on changes to make the website look professional and responsive to web visitors or users.
