Convert a Template to a Website

I purcased a template for a wordpress site and need a little help getting it prepared.
At this time I would like for someone to take my template and match the home page to one of their options seen here:

Wordpress alrerady installed via godaddy. Theme already installed in wordpress. The Avada theme gives the code for the home page option that I can provide.
I just want to match precisely what I see in the link. I will do the updates to wording/pictures at another time.
There will most likely be other projects needed for this site in coming days as well. Thanks!
