Hello - I'll describe the process the best I can. Feel free to contact for clarification and details.
I have three primary MS Excel sheets used to track student's behavioral data in the school setting. One sheet tracks behavior data, one sheets organizes staff tasks around a weekly student schedule (basic job/task scheduling with a calendar), and the final sheet we use to observe staff implementing the student interventions to make sure they do them appropriately. The more complicated sheet is the data tracking sheet. Staff may enter data (scales, frequency of behavior) numerous times each day for numerous students. The Excel sheet computes and graphs various forms of the data.
I would like to convert the sheets into web applications with a usable UI. Although not part of the sheets yet, I would like the web app to print various reports, schedules, and even email reminder to staff regarding their tasks (Outlook sync?). There may be much more, but I would like to begin with the description here.
It would be great t have a completed app that can be distributed across platforms/languages etc. to ensure up-scaling and numerous users across networks (i.e. selling user licenses)
