Configure Magento to use REST API with Oauth

Hi, I am trying setup my magento system to use the REST API. Basically I would like to do this test in Postman: [login to view URL] The problem is - I am very unsure how to configure the REST services in Magento. From what I understand we need to setup a REST user and define their role. I'm not sure about creating API Tokens and setting up Oath. Can somebody walk me through this? Also - do you have to install some special software to use Oath? Please advise.
