this project is developed to create Eserver that provides the functionality of Mail Server as well as provide storage Unit where user can store their data and also upload the video and audio files. User can have the functionality to maintain own photo gallery. A Mail server is an application which used to send and receive mails. This type of application needs to manage mails send by registered users. A message has to be composed in compose box. This message is stored in inbox directory of receiver. This file should be combination of the sender’s user-id and sub. The file transmitted is moved from sender compose to receiver inbox. The recipient can view the message by selecting the appropriate file no. This is also provision for the replying and deleting the message. This utility also enables users, working under different login names to communicate with each other. We can send files through attachments. In this we attach the files to the mail by browsing option. From desktop or any drive we can select files and we will attach them to the mail that we want to send presently and then we send them to the receiver. User can also create the folder. By creating the folder user can maintain their data and upload the audio video files. User can remove the upload video and audio files. User can also create the photo gallery where he/she can upload the photos and also delete the photos. For this we require: An interaction between web browser and server will be provided. An interaction between the web browser and the system files and components. Website enough efficient that user their GUI can handles on the existing Browser. Access by the designer on the local machine by running local server and end user used this by internet connection on the system. 2. USER INTERFACE The system will interact with SQL server. User needs computer system with internet connection. Use of AJAX at least with all registration forms User can simply use their Email-id for mailing service and handles the other function . Users upload video/audio and picture. User creates the picture gallery. FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS Admin can login by his unique ID and Password. Admin can delete user profile and change password. Admin can add/update the city and state. Admin add and change the security question to increase the security. Admin handles the session, the user logged. User first register into the site. User provides all necessary information in the registration form and agrees to all the terms to use the services. When user successfully register than it create the parent directory attach to the user id. Parent directory contents the sub folder like video, audio, my folder and gallery. User can send the mail using valid email id. User receives the mails and also forward. User saves the mail into the draft. All user mail stored into the inbox of the user mail account. User can view all mails in the inbox mail. User can also delete the mails. User also see the sent mail User can add the attachments. User can upload the video that store into parent directory’s video folder. User can upload the audio files that store into parent directory’s Audio folder. User can store the data into the myfolder by upload the data. User can create the sub folder into the parent directory. User can upload the picture that stores into the Gallery folder and also create own photo gallery. RESPONSIBILITIES THE DEVELOPER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR: Developing the system, which meets the SRS and solving all the requirements of the system? Demonstrating the system and installing the system at client's location after the acceptance testing is successful. Submitting the required user manual describing the system interfaces to work on it and also the documents of the system. Conducting any user training that might be needed for using the system. Maintaining the system for a period of one year after installation.
