We need to completely redesign our website and shift to a Magento platform. We need to increase functionality, integrate social media, live shipping and ultimately drive sales.
Some of the functionality required for this project are as follows:
- Social Media Integration
Facebook - Allow people to ‘like’ products on the website
Google+ - Allow people to share product pages with friends
Pinterest - Pins product image and information to board
Twitter - Live feed
- Magento based shopping cart system
- Integrated with Temando (live shipping rates)
- Integrated with Unleashed (inventory management system)
- Responsive design for Mobile and Tablets
- Functionality for displaying current catalogue on site
- 'Add to favourites' functionality
- Print spec sheet should be available for preview for each item
- Must be able to purchase without necessarily signing up
- Personalised EDM features
- Coupons and promo functionality
- Integration with Vision 6 (mailing list)
- Needs to have a secure check-out
- Paypal integration
- International customers will be given the option to contact us for prices and further information on items
