Designer with Easy Templating System (ETS) knowledge wanted - Smarty is second best option

I am leading a team working on a professional services website aimed at multinational corporations. The website has an appealing but somewhat incoherent design and runs on a PHP backend and an ETS-based frontend. We are looking for a website/graphic designer who has experience using templating engines and can assist with working on the design and coming up with consistent HTML mockups, templates and stylesheets.
The current templating engine is ETS, and it probably would make most sense to stick with that choice. However, you are free to use Smarty if you feel more comfortable with that engine, although in that case you would need to convert all pages. If you don't have experience with ETS or a similar templating engine, you should not respond.
The functionality of the website is the responsibility of other team members - your job would be exclusively to ensure that the website has a top-notch professional and consistent look and feel across all sections.
If we feel that you are adding significant value, there may be an opportunity for you to stay involved in the project on an ongoing basis.
