Design only no coding for wedding and event planner site

This project if for the design of a web site for a wedding planner, I take care of the coding. I would like the look to be a web 2.0 style and based on the attached logo created by DJDESIGNS. I love the style of http://www.sashasouzaevents.com. Colors should be sage green and pink. If you have suggestions let me know. The project should be turn in PSD format with all layers and fonts used. The wedding planner is based in Philadelphia, PA so if possible I would like the silhouette of the city incorporated somewhere but if it doesn't look right I should be able to disable the layer.
