Create Simple 1D eBook cover

I am looking for someone to create 1 (one), **Extremely Professional* looking, 1D (one dimensional) report cover for me. Please read all of the following and let me know if you totally understand. #1- I need the finished cover as a vertical rectangle-shape, not square image. #2- I need you to give me the cover in TWO different sizes; a)- One needs to be 960 X 1280 pixels and b)- The other needs to be 600 X 800 AND under 127KB in file size. Both must be saved as JPG images. #3 The Images used for the covers must be legally bought, and you must provide me with the web address/source you obtained them from. I will then have legal ownership of them. You are not to use these images for ANY personal or business purposes, except for use in my ebook. #4- I will give you the textual content that should be placed on each of the covers, i.e. Title, Subtitle, Author's Name, etc. #5- This will be a work for hire, meaning that I will own all of the rights to the finished cover, you must be willing to sign a contract stating this. This is a VERY simple job as you can create a template to make them all from. I do these in about 5 minutes each so DO NOT BID more than $3.00..
