Creat HeaderGraphis For Pet Site

I have a site [login to view URL] that needs a header. My site is green but you can make the header that has a black back ground. I want you to include the title and catch phrase as well. As far as the graphic design, I want a person instructing a bunch of different animals. dogs, cats, fish, birds, turtles, hamsters etc. And they are all obediently paying attention to what is being said. Can be cartoon like. I am not to picky on that I just need something that looks good. and yes i don't want to have to pay much for it either.
