Could you design banner,logo and modify color for my site ?

I hope to beautify the site [login to view URL] , could you do the following work? A. Design a top banner At present I use a text "Web-Based Help Desk - Customer Service, Customer Support Software" as banner, I hope to you design a picture to express the idea, I don't need flash, a gif or jpg image is enough. You can customize image size, I hope the banner can fit 1024 or higher width of screen ( Maybe it need be as repeated background-image. B: Design website logo At present I use the [login to view URL] as logo, you can find the logo at left-bottom at the webpage [login to view URL] . I hope to design a good website logo instead of it, a gif or jpg image is enough! I think the size of the logo is the same as [login to view URL], you can also customize image size to fit webpage! C: Modify Color for my site I think the color of my site is not good, you can modify color such as blackground color, foreground color of font for me. You need only modify one webpage (You can download the source of my site at [login to view URL]), I can modify other webpages based your design.
