CSS Styling of a simple form and Button

I have a simple form with two selectors, one radio-button and one submit-button, which should be styled. The aim is to make it bigger, nicer and more prominent on the webpage. Your task is to make the landingpage (especially the form) bigger and nicer according to some other landingpages with forms. The landingpage is ready, but the form looks ugly, so you just need to style it. (Attached you can see the actual form) Before applying for the job, please show me forms you did or you think they are very good and tell me how long you will need for that.
