CSS Design of a Home Page

This project is to create a modern cross browser compatible; CSS based design for a home page. This design is for a web site will be focuses on careers in Information System so I hope that will help give you design ideas. The design should be modern and elegant but not overly flashy. The most important thing in this site is that in there should be some of career ladder or step in the middle of the main div. It would be best if the page also shows someone climbing the ladder. However the most important thing is that there should be click-able elements inside this ladder. I have put a rough idea of this design in the attached html and css file.
