Hi, I am looking for someone to develop a website similar to the look and feel (functionalities) of etsy,com that will allow customers to have a shop template whereby they can sell items for a fixed price. I have looked into magento and opencart but I'm happy for someone to create from scratch to ensure all my requirements are met. I would like to use paypal adaptive payments as the payment option to make it simpler for payments to be made to myself and the retailers. I want a simplified method for customers to advertise their goods. Please see the requirements attached in the document. Please only make contact if you are able to fulfil the requirements and add value. I will also require mobile app development and help with facebook app in future. I already have the company logo.
