Alter some images

I would like someone to alter the photoshop documents that I have created to look similar to the iPhone app 'Settings' page. I was unable to complete this and would like to hire someone to do this with the colors I have chosen and the category names I have chosen. I'd like it created in photoshop so I may edit it further if need be. I have included a jpg version I have made and would like someone to take what I did in photoshop and create the page to look similar in font, lines, shading and spacing to the iPhone Settings page clean image. The only thing I want of my work is the colors I have chosen, and the specific button names and amount of buttons ('Password Protection'; 'GPS', 'H', ect) I would like to see examples that you can do this work before I commit. And if it works out well - I will have more pages to do. Thank you
