Data Collection then create 1 page website using my template

I have a website that i need 1 STATE pages made for. Refer to the attached image file for the template address and example of css style The website is already designed, your job is to edit this page and add approx. 42 city sub headings & enter all the suburbs in that City. There are 8 States, within the 8 states there are 42 cities. You must COLLECT & FIND all the Suburbs in each city and list them under the appropriate State and City ***** research involved here to collect all the suburbs in each city/town region. I want the csv file for this at the end also. It must be recent suburb list, not old lists of suburbs. Then you will need to add hyperlinks with title tags to all the suburbs and anchors to all the 8 states and 42 Cities. as they will be linked to from other pages. This page is acting like a navigation page for the site with regards to our service area and the suburbs we service. example anchor: #Queensland #Gold-Coast example hyperlink Suburb with title tag: <a href="/carpet-cleaning/[login to view URL]" title="Carpet Cleaning SUBURB">SUBURB</a> You will replace the word "SUBURB" with the actual suburb in the list. You will need to find the lastest list of suburbs for each city. The city list can be found here: [login to view URL] Each website page is designed to be like a site index for my website. All Suburbs must be split into Cities alphabetically and in alphabetical order and across 4 columns. Followed by a dotted line break, then next city and suburb list. They must go alphabetical across the 4 columns first then down a row. - I dont want to see a crappy tables, you must design the css as per the design example i have attached In total the 8 pages (QLD, NSW, TAS, NT, VIC, WA, NT, ACT) will contain a total of 42 cities combined. I need this completed in 2 days My Website address can be found on the attachment - download files from the web to use - ignore the menus and footers on this site, as it's only designed as a template, i will update the 8 html page files later to suit the site. Your are not required to edit any other links on the template page, i will fix them up later. I will provide you with the ftp access to edit the page on the server.
