I have a cargo website which needs tweaking to be responsive and nicely visible on phones and on computer screen. Cargo lets you add additional Html code but not change the core files. You can also change CSS. I'm only looking for offers on the responsive tweak but if all goes well I would like to talk about finishing the site as well.
