Article publishing on relevant websites.

Thank you for visiting my project. I have a number of websites - my colleagues' and mine - which I am trying to promote. One of the main tools I use for website promotion is an article submitting. But for some time now it is not enough to submit articles in art. directories. So I am looking for a specialist who would be able to place/publish my articles on different kind of regular websites but NOT ARTICLE DIRECTORIES. It should be regular websites that would be relevant to the theme of the articles. Requirements for such kind of websites are the following: One-IP address for 1 website Each website should have a number of back links, not just one or two. Website shouldn’t be a part of a satellite chain PR can be mixed but not 0 for all of them. You can add here more characteristics of a normal website.
