Classified Submission needed. 2000 ads per month

We need to post ads on free classifieds, those ads are taken from other site. Just copy, paste and post. Bid for posting of 2000 ads. Paymets will be over GAF NO OTHER OPTIONS Please. Also, Payements will be after the completion of the job. NO ADVANCE. If the work is not done ASAP, there will be payment deductions. So, Think and bid for duration. We will give all info for selected 3 bidders. For the selected 3 bidders there will be a TRIAL work given (posting of 30 ads). After the success of that based on quality of work, understanding, fast communication and more, the winner will be selected out of 3 people. Our budget is below $37 per month and will increase including bonus after the 2nd month. Any bids higher then $40 will be ignored.
