Hello! Our FreePBX server crashed without a viable backup. We need urgent help to reconfigure a new instance of FreePBX. Project details: -We have 19 Cisco 50XG phones which are still configured for our previous FreePBX installation. The phones are programmed with many custom configurations and we want to build new FreePBX templates using those settings. A copy of [login to view URL] from one of our phones is attached. -Configure trunk to connect to Freeswitch gateway for outbound calls. We need help ASAP! Thanks, wmborah

Hi. I suppose you mean provisioning of config to cisco. How to handle incoming call? (queue, ring group, ivr, or what) How old server crashed? May be there is possibility to extract some configs.

What we may do immediately is to setup a fresh FreePBX if You have a server available (with an actual OS or alternatively a VPS where the OS can be choosen). For the Ciscos we would need to define what exactly You want: If You want to have provisioning for the phones from FreePBX this will probably require a commercial module in FreePBX. To get the basic installation functional we would need all data for the DID-access as well as all Routing data used on the old system if any. We may start Your project today, just contact me.
