I have two text file that consists of words with spaces between the words (sometimes more than one space, up to four spaces). Altogether maybe about 600 words. I want you to develop a little program that - picks words out of the file randomly (pseudo is okay) and creates a new text file with the words rearranged (pseudo) randomly. I am trying to have text files for morse code practice for amateur radio. The same words in the same sequence become too easy to memorize, so the sequence of the words needs to be randomly rearranged. I would like you to create a program that allows me to re-arrange words and output text files. I run WindowsXP, VisualBasic would be great, or any other program where you would need to supply the run time module to compile because I probably do not have it. Needs to be pretty much turn-key. I am not an idiot but don't do any coding at all. Otto

I think used vc may be great, and may be completed in only one day(real programing work may only 3-hours), if I understand right.
