CSV uploading system

We need a program written in Visual Basic 6, that will read CSV files and upload the data on to a database. The program has to be robust enough to handle special characters in the CSV files. It also need to have FTP capabilities to upload multiple image files in to an FTP server as well. The program must also have a way for the user to map the columns of the CSV file with the columns of the Database as well as to map the image files to each row of data in the CSV file. The program must have good error trapping as it must not crash due to any user side errors. The application must run on Windows Vista as well as Windows 2k/XP. Serious bidders only please.
