Dll to post on BooCoo site

Enclosed is the sample to work with. What I need is the code filled out to post an ad on [login to view URL] Must use Visual Studio 2010 using Visual Basic. The function will return 2 values (if the site is down; then value2 will be True and value1 will be blank). Otherwise; value1 will be the new auctionid and value2 will be False. I created a web service to get the data needed to post ads. For the picture url; must even submit a picture (from the url). There is one parameter which is the ad data. Also; when creating the object; an interface is sent in which gets the username and password. The sample is the most simple interface with the username and password given. There are 4 parts to the form. If its not logged in; then needs to login. If already logged in; then finish the process. If the site is down on any step; then the other variable will be True to show the site is down. After 8 seconds if the page can't load; then will assume the site is down. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Needs the compiled dll and the source code. No changes to the sample is needed (all the work needs to be done to the dll itself). 3) Must work on buyers environment. 4) Must even work when a windows service uses this (in cases where a windows service opens the program containing the dll and runs it). ## Platform Windows 2003 Server Edition.
