C# -- DataGridView -- Parent/Child -- Status Changes

Attached "[login to view URL]" shows how I setup the app to (1) automatically change child, (2) automatically refresh child based on parent change and (3) automatically commit Child deletes. Please do the following changes to the attached app (Oracle tables included) and write detailed steps so I can learn: (1) change the Parent's "X" (Delete Button) so it (a) changes the FMFORMULA's FMALERTS column to "9" & FMENTITYNOTE's FMNOTEID to "9" (b) refreshes display to not show this Parent and it's associated children --> type "9" records are kept to tell what users deleted and (c) automatically COMMITS change to database (2) change the Child's "X" (Delete Button) so it (a) changes the FMENTITYNOTE's FMNOTEID to "9" when users delete a Child, but keep it's Parent (b) refreshes display to not show this Child --> type "9" records are kept to tell what users deleted and (c) automatically COMMITS change to database ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
