Animated Website with video upload Digital storytelling

We have a client who is creating a site for people to upload their digital stories much like you would upload a video to you tube. This project is focusing on Social Issue’s and will be ongoing with every cent client has going into the further development of the Site. With the site’s growth client will also be eligible for Government grants to further develop the site. The initial part you are bidding is on is having a complete working site. The client wants eye grabbing Animated Graphics similar to [login to view URL] This is a very cool site and client wants something very similar in layout just different graphics that reflect the various social issues that affect us all. Client has stressed she wants to have something very similar to the work link of the above site. You would be watching a Digital with people in the background with a cinema feel. This is an ongoing project I know initial site budget is not high but over time you will make 10 times this amount. Please contact me with any questions or ideas.
