Hello. I can do this, 3dStudio Max or Bryce 3d, however you must increase the budget a bit... Besides the object import and camera animation, there is also the rendering part, which usually takes around 2 minutes for each frame... For 30 fps x 15 mins x 60 seconds, that is quite some time. Not to mention, if you require ulterior modifications... I have done something like this in the past, so I know how it works. Let me know.
