Article Spinner

I am looking for someone to spin articles that have already been written. I want the articles spun on a "phrase" or "word" level. Spin every 4th word or phrase with two to three synonyms each.
The articles must make sense once they have been spun and rendered. I do NOT want auto spins because it produces junk.
You must have "The Best Spinner" or a "Spin Rewriter" account.
Once I have chosen someone for the job ... there will be 20 to 30 articles to spin every month.
For this JOB I will be testing at least two vworkers.
Please give me the following information:
1. What spinner you will use.
2. Please "guestimate" how long it would take you to spin three x 500 word articles.
3. Give me your per/hour bid
