This will be easy for somebody who knows what they're doing. I have a 4-minute video here [login to view URL] that was not finished. I will give you the original source files that are in standard definition (60 minutes long) and I will need you to convert them to high definition and then recreate the above video based on the time stamps that I give you. attention to detail is a must so please let me know how you plan to convert to HD in your bid to be considered. Hello. I can do this work. Have a big experience - more than 10 years. Converting SD to HD is impossible. So, if you original video also SD - It will be interpolation. Maximum that we can do - increase resolution and then increase sharpness. After this quality will be little bit more in HD. But it will not real HD. Wait for you answer. Have a good day )
