CREATE VIDEO PRESENTATION USING MY POWERPOINT SLIDES AND 1 HOUR AUDIO FILE

I am not sure of the best way to go about getting the video that I need in this project so I am asking you to suggest the best way and to also bid on the project. I have an approximate 70 minute audio presentation that I have recorded. I also have 30 to 40 PowerPoint slides that have already been created and are ready to go. Here's what I need : I need you to create a video using the PowerPoint slides and my 70 minute audio presentation. What I will do is give you the timing of the slides of where they need to be showing in the audio presentation. For example: slide 1 : 0:00- 1:34 Slide 2 : 1:35- 3:45 Slide 3: 3:46-8:20 So this would continue until we get all the way through the 70 minutes of Audio. The RESULT would be a 70 minute MP4 video file that has my 70 minute audio presentation with the 30 to 40 PowerPoint slides playing as the video portion of the file. So the viewer visually sees the PowerPoint slides changing at the perfect timing as I talk through my audio presentation. So I will be able to take this MP4 file that you created and put this inside of a webinar format like WEBINAR JAM or GOTOWEBINAR and play it successfully so the viewers can see it on their screen correctly.
