Change a few things on small FLASH document

I need someone who can slightly modify this FLASH document TODAY. Below is exactly what I want you to modify, you just do it. Attached is the small flash document. Here's what I need you to change: - Remove menu bar completely - Remove Sound button - Remove background and make it a white background instead - Notice when the animation starts it get sort of hung on black before the pictures start to show up. Fix it to where it doesn't get hung and the animation runs smoothly. - Resize to 647x319 OR the most approximate width and height that does NOT compromise quality or distorts the image or makes it run slow. IMPORTANT NOTE: The travel images on this flash document are being fed through an XML document. We intend to keep it that way. Please keep this intact, as we want to be able to add/delete images and the XML way works for us. When you're done, send me the modified product in the current size as both a ready to publish flash and the editable flash. Also send me the re-sized flash and the re-sized editable version. This is a very easy job and shouldn't take more than 25-30 minutes, 1 hour tops for someone who knows what they're doing. I'll be available on Skype or MSN to ask any questions right away.
