CSS GURU

I need someone that is awesome at CSS to do some easy tasks. I need to add a facebook button and twitter button to Big Cartel. And a Twitter feed. I also need to add a header where it will have a banner over it with the download link where people can click it and the zip file automatically downloads. I am using one of Big Cartel themes so I have my illustrator file where you can have the vectors and size it how it has to be. Small budget $15-$18 Please have Big Cartel Experience!
