In my past projects for CT I have implemented the process as well as executed the CT. I would be able to document the system and processes that are required to make CT effective. Dear Sirs, I am bidding for your career transition training program work because I believe I am a great fit for this work. I am a British citizen living in Shenzhen, China and am used to working on remote projects for clients, and can provide references to both my writing ability and professional training and HR experience on request. I have ten years’ experience in the HR and training field, most of this has been gained in management roles where course and program development was a key activity. I understand the basis of career transitioning well, having assisted many people in this area albeit from other sectors rather than professional athletes. I am capable of conducting a needs analysis remotely for you, to understand the intention of your career transitioning needs and then developing a program to suit these needs. I would expect most communication in the needs analysis to take place over Skype or e-mail; if you wish to use other methodologies these would need to be costed over the current bid for the project and you would need to meet any expenses incurred. I would expect data gathering and additional research based upon discovery in the needs analysis, to take approximately one week. I would then draft a program based on this and submit it to you for “rough acceptance” – e.g. you would confirm that it was along the lines you had expected and suggest any alterations, additions, etc. that you might require. I would expect this phase to last for approximately 1 week to 10 days. Once this initial draft was considered to be “good enough” I propose a first milestone payment of half the fee to be paid. Following that payment, I would then rework the program to include additions and changes to production/release standard. At which point, once you have signed off on this, I would expect the final payment to be made. This stage should take approximately 1 week to 10 days as well. It’s hard to be specific at to the breakdown of what the final product would look like at this stage without first better understanding your needs, I am happy to talk over the PM system on Freelance to develop this understanding and give a more concrete project plan based on this as part of the bidding process.
