Create a blogger template for me

1. I won't give you my google account. you create blogger template with my basic template (the first blogger template). i will get template from you and i will see it does fit in it or not. i never made any custom plugins. my blog posts are just picture + text. therefore it doesn't make sense if you say your template will not fit in my blog. so don't troll if you didn't try. 2. this is blogger template. if it looks worse than $20 blogger template on themeforest.net. i will cancel the project. 3. this must be blogger template not a mock up design with psd files 4. my budget is $100. don't bid over price.
