Appointment Setting USA - EST time

I'm looking for someone to set appointments with small businesses in my area. I am willing to pay top dollar hourly rate + bonus for setting appointments. First step, I'll pay you for two hours to learn the script and prepare for calls. If you successfully pass my training, I'll put you to work for a short period to check your success. I will be asking all appointments and some non-booked clients what they thought of your calls. I may even be sneaky and have you call personal friends just to check your calling skills. Never know what I might do. You must: -Have experience in B2B appointment setting. -Speak conversational English fluently (native speaker vastly preferred). -Be comfortable on the phone. -Be available at least 10 hours a week primarily between the hours of 10am and 4pm EST. -Be effective and efficient with your time. These are mostly answered business phones and I will provide names and script(s). I anticipate at least 15 connected calls an hour. -Keep a log of activity in a google drive spreadsheet of my design. I have reasonable expectations and I'll help you out by creating a solid script and by providing a fun and very short presentation...we're just asking for 15 minutes of time when I go in for an appointment and I'll take a timer. In addition to your hourly rate, I'll give you a bonus of $3 for each booked appointment or $10 for an appointment that results in a sale. In your proposal, tell me some of the appointment setting jobs you have done in the US SPECIFICALLY.
