Real estate virtual assistant needed to assist growing real estate investment company. Tasks will include but not be limited to: - Telemarketing. - Completing scripts - getting seller information. - Scheduling showings - Pre-screening buyers. - Virtual showings (walking the buyer through the house via telephone) - Negotiate with sellers. - Negotiate with buyers. - Negotiate with investors. - Submit contracts and options. - Follow up on e-mails and fax. - Market research. - Communication with transaction coordinator. - Communication with title company. - Other personal tasks as needed.
