I have in excess of seven years experience and the last three(3) had Ernst & Young as the auditors whose staff were satisfied with my quality of work. >>I will ensure the following: 1. Set up the relevant accounts for you 2. Post all entries for you every month 3. Maintain the general ledger for you 4. Perform the bank reconciliations for you 5. Track the bank balances for you to assist you as you do the payments 6. Maintain your payroll where applicable 7. Come up with relevant internal controls for you 8. Perform all relevant account tasks for your suppliers 9. Perform all relevant tasks on your sales accounts 10. Handle all variances arising from suppliers and customers through excellent reconciliations. An example is when a supplier is demanding more than is due to them either by error and we are needed to explain the differences in the two statements. Very excellent results will be provided. 11. Come up with the relevant trial balance 12. Prepare the draft final accounts for the auditors 13. Office administartion I'm sure you will love the co-operation from me and the team work i provide.
