Debian expert to look over deployment script

Hi. I have a deployment script coded most of the way but I need the help of a skilled system admin with an eye for detail. This is what I require: 1. Offer advice on the correct way to setup user accounts with security in mind 2. Offer advice on which directories to use for storing files, the correct debian way 3. Correct any minor issues with my script The things that are installed are: nginx, uwsgi, virtualenv, git repository and supervisor.
