Hello Ok. Please explain more about process. Then I will proposed possible technical solutions. How shall you input results? Do you want online questionare? Do you have questionaries which goes from respondents to office for input? Do you use several offices for input? Do you have server or use local computer with manager? Do you want online or local database? Do you need dynamic access,excel, ppt reports etc. How about forms? How many user will use this reports and in what form? I can propose some reports with mapping solution if we proceed further. We have to describe each step of your work separately. And live space for future improvements.
