Hello, I am an expert web developer. I have going through the project details & found little information about the project. So I have made some points & questions based on my experience & analysis. 1. You said you have screens. I guess these are some images. You also quote "better design". So i think I have to create the UI from scratch by following your screens. Is that correct? 2. It will better to use some templates (suggestion). Because developing some UI from scratch will take good amount of time. 4. Do you have any ready made software? If you have, do you have the database ready? 5. If number 5 the answer of number 5 is "No" then did you have the requirement ready. Because most of the time of development wastes if proper requirement with documentation is not prepared before coding. 6. What kind of operation on UI you want? Interactive or basic post back? 7. I have some suggestions about technology. I usually use code based database with Entity Framework along with MSSql server. Database is you choice. Can be Postgre Sql or may be nosql like MongoDB. I will follow agile method. I also maintain proper structures/design patterns while coding to keep code clean & modular. 8. The final question. How long will be deadline?
