Design software application to transfer firm data to google sheets

Convert to google drive We are a property management company. We currently offer our landlords acces to make a login account for the software we currently use to manager our properties. We love using the software for a management tool but find it's a little embarrassing have the landlord know exactly what software we use to manage the properties. Plus it doesn't allow us to upload PDFs to their account. What I'm looking for is software that will download the financial files every minute or hour from our landlords in our management software (excel file, or pdf, must be able to click a "download" button to retrieve these files) copy it, and paste it in a database and store PDF files too. I was thinking about creating google drives for the landlords and have the inspection reports (PDF) being uploaded there and convert the data to google sheets to be constantly updated with the excel information. The files would be stored in folders by year-> month-> inspection reports, property information. Inspection reports will contain files of reports being uploaded with the property address Property information will contain google sheets with information being retrieved from tenantcloud.
